With a dearth of photographic subject matter lately, other than water, I took the time to create an experimental opportunity which can either Silver Birch-Betula pendula  serve up some new ideas or help me find a new(ish) technique that will add to my photographic repertoire.

One subject, One lens is usually a good one and this beautiful stand of Silver Birch near to where I live was very appealing in the lovely winter light we had yesterday. I need no excuse for Silver Birch- I love them.
